Refund Policy

1. All bookings are subject to confirmation and prevailing government/ immigration regulations.
2. No Cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days before tour starts
3. 25 % cancellation if cancelled between 15-29 days before tour starts
4. 50 % cancellation if cancelled between 7-14 days before tour starts
5. 75 % cancellation if cancelled between 3-6 days before tour starts
6. 100 % cancellation if cancelled within 48 hours before tour starts
7. In case of visa rejection or delay, 100% will be refunded (except deduction of transfer charges only).
8. No cancellation charges if cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances (including border restrictions, security advisories, or other force majeure situations).
