Refund Policy

1.   All bookings are subject to confirmation and prevailing government/ immigration regulations.
2.   No Cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days before tour starts25 % cancellation if cancelled between 15-29 days before tour starts
3.   25 % cancellation if cancelled between 15-29 days before tour starts
4.   50 % cancellation if cancelled between 7-14 days before tour starts
5.   75 % cancellation if cancelled between 3-6 days before tour starts
6.   100 % cancellation if cancelled within 48 hours before tour starts
7.   In case of visa rejection or delay, 100% will be refunded (except deduction of transfer charges only).
8.   No cancellation charges if cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances (including border restrictions, security advisories, or other force majeure situations like war or pandemic).
